This tier requires you complete a 6-month programme where you will learn from the experts. The programme is a deep dive into different aspects of eLearning such as Instructional Designing, Learning Experiences, Constructing eLearning, Distributing Content and Project Management of eLearning. You will be expected to learn and apply the knowledge and skills acquired to work on real-life projects together with the experts in different aspects. After which, you will gain a deeper understanding of eLearning and gain experiences to add into your portfolio.
