eLearningMinds marked a huge milestone! We’re so honored to have the privilege to conduct this huge webinar featuring the renowned Dr Donald H Taylor. This exceptional event, organized by HRD Corp – Human Resource Development Corporation and in collaboration with eLearningMinds, saw over 400+ passionate participants come together to explore the future of learning and development.

In the webinar, Dr. Donald H. Taylor highlighted the results of his L&D Global Sentiment Survey, with a laser focus on what the data reveals about Malaysia.  From the statistics, it stated that reskilling/upskilling remains at the top of the table for the third year, but once again drops 0.5% on the previous year, continuing the inevitable downward trajectory of almost all options.  (artificial intelligence, micro-learning, performance support, coaching and mentoring, etc). Reskilling/upskilling dominated when it was first introduced onto the survey in 2021 with a score of 13% unmatched for the previous 5 years and almost uniformly supported globally. Malaysia contributes to 17.9% of the vote to reskilling and upskilling.
